SJV OFFSHORES NIG. LTD is an indigenous Nigeria company operating Oil and Gas Services, Project Management Consultancy, and Maintenance Service Company in affiliation with with 3W Power Solutions (a Company of AEG), and NDT Italiana.
We specialize in Mechanical Services/ Materials Supply, Electrical Maintenance services and materials Supply and Non-destructive Testing (NDT) materials supplies. We are the sole representative of NDT Italiana in Nigeria. Our headquarters is in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria with overseas office at 20227 Weeping Pine Way, Richmond, Houston, Texas USA.

SJV as an EPC contractor has strong local presence in strategic and emerging areas/location in Nigeria such as; NAOC Brass gas plant, Obrrikom Flow Station/Gas Plant, NAOC Kwale gas Plant, Ogbonbri flow Station, Chevron Excravos locations etc. SJV believes that the EPC/EPCI contractual form is the most efficient process as long as the contractor has an industrial model that allows it to perform or control, in-house, the most critical project activities: Engineering, Construction and Installation. SJV has therefore a strong EPC/EPCI industrial model, which allows the Company to establish itself as a national leader in the oil & gas contracting services sector, both onshore and offshore.

ELECTRICAL SERVICES/ MATERIALS SUPPLY

Maximising local content is also an essential part of our model. We have employed, a team of experienced professionals, the key personnel having many years of experience in electrical installations. In all our on-site installations and off-site modifications activities, SJV has a Nigerian majority shareholding. Training for our indigenous work force is a component of our structure through direct indigenous participation in all activities and 60% of these activities take place at our facilities in Nigeria. Our clients and our people - in particular their health and safety - are the primary focus of all SJV’s activities. SJV has a distinctive Health & Safety Environment and Quality Management Systems.
